A project developed between 2014 and 2016, consisting of 11 houses: 8 semi-detached and 3 terraced. The estate was built near the forest, at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it a kind of an enclave. Each property has its own large garden, garage and two parking spaces.
The buildings range from 90 to 154 square metres of floor space and have large single garages.
Property with an unfinished interior
The estate has been completed with unfinished interiors, including driveways to garages, fences, and waste bin enclosures, and equipped with all utilities, i.e. water, electricity, gas, municipal rainwater and sanitary sewage system.
The main advantages of the development are undoubtedly large gardens, comfortable driveways and extremely functional room layouts with large glazing ensuring very good lighting of the rooms.
Above the first floor of each house, there is a large attic which can be converted into, e.g. storage space. The location of the estate itself is also important.... near a forest, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
