The BRZOSKWINIOWA housing estate was designed to create a place which would fit in with the spirit of the friendly city of Tychy. It combines the advantages of low, 3-storey buildings, functional and modern architecture and location, which provides its residents with space, safety and comfort.

In the first stage of the project, we will provide you with 25 functionally designed flats. It will be possible to assign a convenient storage room and a parking space in the underground garage to the flats.

A characteristic feature of our flats is large, three-pane glazing ensuring very good lighting of rooms, regardless of their orientation. Thanks to underfloor heating, there are no radiators on the walls, so they do not limit the possibilities of room arrangement.

Live the way you like

The construction of the estate has been divided into stages, within which five buildings will be constructed. Each of the buildings will contain two-, three- and four-room flats with areas ranging from 31 to 71 m2. Well-thought-out interior plans, large balconies and gardens, as well as private underground parking for residents will allow the space to be tailored to individual needs.

We pay particular attention to the thermal insulation of buildings and providing them with proper ventilation, which is of great importance for the health and well-being of the residents.

Comfortable location

An advantage of the property is good access to the transportation network. The vicinity of expressways will ensure trouble-free access to other locations (Katowice, Oświęcim, Mysłowice, Mikołów, Pszczyna and beyond)

Access to all important arteries of the city is easy and trouble-free, and the proximity of public transport stops means that a car can be left at the car park. The railway transfer centre is accessible within a 9-minute drive. Moreover, the location of the estate ensures very convenient and fast access to the roads which connect Tychy with other cities in the Upper Silesian metropolitan area (Katowice, Oświęcim, Mysłowice, Mikołów, Pszczyna and beyond).

It takes no more than 5 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop.
